I’ve tried a few different dry foods for Blaze, but Puppy Days Turkey Dry Dog Food – All Hounder has truly stood out. From the very first bowl, Blaze was hooked—he practically dances with excitement at mealtime now! (You can view him getting excited about food time on tiktok by searching highlandpomskies)
What I love most is the ingredient list. It's packed with high-quality turkey and doesn’t have any of the fillers or questionable extras I’ve seen in other brands. Blaze has a sensitive stomach, but this food has been incredibly gentle on his digestion. His coat is shinier, his energy is up, and his stools have been perfectly healthy—huge wins for us!
I also appreciate how balanced the formula is. It gives me peace of mind knowing Blaze is getting all the nutrition he needs, especially while he’s still growing

I have an 11 month old Basset, Bramble, who has a sensitive stomach and is prone to loose stools.
I have tried so many 'premium' brands, but without doubt Barking Heads is the best - she loves the taste and she produces well-formed stools which aren't at all pongy!
I also like the fact the ingredients use free-run turkey and chicken as farm animal welfare is very important to me.
