Delivery Policy

Delivery Charges

  • We currently offer free delivery on orders over £34.99 (inc. VAT). This is based on the order total after any discounts have been deducted.
  • Deliveries under £34.99 are generally charged at £4.99, except for Scotland which are charged at £7.99 due to increased costs from our courier.
  • Delivery charges for your order will be confirmed at checkout. 
  • For repeat subscriptions, delivery charges will be automatically re-calculated for each repeat order, based on the value of each order and our current delivery charges at the time payment is taken for the order.

Delivery Timescales

  • Our working days for despatching orders are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
  • We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days of the order being placed. If you live in a 'harder to reach' area such as Scottish Highlands, your order may take an extra 1-2 working days to arrive due to the extra distance travelled.
  • We may provide delivery estimates to you however we are unable to guarantee delivery for particular dates or times.
  • By law, we must deliver to you within 30 days and if we are unable to do so for any reason we may need to cancel your order instead.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery to Mainland Britain. All orders are despatched from our warehouse in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. 

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer delivery to offshore locations, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

Delivery Methods

  • We send all items by a tracked courier service
  • DPD currently delivers all orders, although we may from time to time use another courier as required
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once the item has been despatched.
  • Not in? You can manage your delivery via the tracking details that you receive once your order has been despatched, and can request to leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour of your choice or at a local shop to be collected by you later.
  • Our courier may attempt to re-deliver up to three times. After three failed attempts, your order will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange a refund or another delivery.

Delivery Problems
