Eligibility

This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.
Employees of Barking Heads, its affiliates, or anyone directly connected with the organisation of this promotion are not eligible to participate.

3.1 Discount Codes:

Code: NEWSUB – 30% off and free shipping for the first subscription order placed at www.barkingheads.co.uk during the promotional period.
Code: NEWPOOCH – 15% off and free shipping for the first one-off purchase placed at www.barkingheads.co.uk during the promotional period.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
Discount codes are valid only during the promotional period and must be applied at checkout.

3.2 Money-Back Guarantee:

Customers who purchase on www.barkingheads.co.uk and use the discount codes NEWSUB or NEWPOOCH are eligible for a money-back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with the results obtained from feeding any Barking Heads product for 30 days, Barking Heads will refund the actual price paid, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Claims must be made between 30 and 90 days of the date of purchase and no later than 90 days following the offer closing date of 23:59 GMT 27^th February 2025. Applications received later than this will be rejected. Applications will be rejected if made within 30 days of purchase.
To claim, please provide proof of purchase, a photo of the empty packaging and an explanation for their refund request.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
Only one refund per household. Multiple entries made by the same person will not be valid. No bulk, trade, third party, wholesalers or distributor applications will be accepted.
Barking Heads reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
By submitting a refund request you will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.

Customers will earn 100 loyalty points by sharing an “after” photo of their dog’s transformation after feeding Barking Heads products for 30 days.
Photo submissions must:

One winner will be selected at random from the “after” photos uploaded each week during the promotional period.
Weekly winners will receive a £50 voucher to use on www.barkingheads.co.uk.
Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at submission and announced on Barking Heads’ social media channels.
Winners must reply within 2 working days or we will pick another winner at random.
Winners will then be sent their voucher via email to the email address supplied within 5 working days
Vouchers are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months

Barking Heads reserves the right to disqualify entries or participants who fail to comply with these terms or submit false or misleading information.
By participating, customers agree to the use of their submitted photos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media and website content, without further compensation.
Barking Heads reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
