Promotional Period

Organiser

This promotion is operated by Barking Heads, a brand of Inspired Pet Nutrition, The Airfield, Dalton, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, YO7 3HE (“we,” “our,” “us”).

Eligibility

This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.

Employees of Barking Heads, Inspired Pet Nutrition, their affiliates, or anyone directly connected with the organisation of this promotion are not eligible to participate.

Winner Selection

There will be two winners, with one winner selected from Instagram entries and one winner selected from Facebook entries.

One Instagram winner and one Facebook winner will each be selected at random after 10th September 2026 from all valid entries received during the promotional period.

The Instagram winner will be contacted via direct message from the official Barking Heads Instagram account.

The Facebook winner will be contacted via message from the official Barking Heads Facebook account.

Barking Heads will never contact entrants from an unofficial account.

Each winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted with their full name, email address and delivery details to claim their prize. If no response is received within this time, Barking Heads reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize

There are two prizes available.

Each winner will receive:

• One 12kg bag of Barking Heads dog food, in a flavour of their choice, subject to availability.

The prize is subject to product availability. If the winner's chosen flavour is unavailable, Barking Heads may offer an alternative available flavour.

There is no cash alternative. Barking Heads reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value if necessary.

Entry

Instagram

To enter via Instagram, participants must:

• Follow the official Barking Heads Instagram account

• Like the competition post

• Comment on the competition post

Instagram Bonus Entry

Participants may receive one additional entry by:

• Sharing the competition post to their Instagram Story and tagging Barking Heads in the Story.

Facebook

To enter via Facebook, participants must:

• Follow the official Barking Heads Facebook page

• Like the competition post

• Comment on the competition post

Facebook Bonus Entry

Participants may receive one additional entry by:

• Sharing the competition post to their Facebook Story and tagging Barking Heads.

Participants may enter on both Instagram and Facebook, provided they complete the relevant entry requirements on each platform.

All entries must be submitted before 11:59pm on 9th September 2026.

General Terms

Barking Heads reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or who submits false, misleading or fraudulent information.

Only valid entries received during the promotional period will be considered.

Barking Heads reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

Data Protection

Any personal data provided by entrants will be processed in accordance with Barking Heads' Privacy Policy.

If selected as a winner, the winner's personal details will be used solely for the purpose of contacting them and arranging delivery of their prize, unless otherwise agreed.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
