Terms and Conditions

Money-Back Guarantee:

• Customers who purchase on www.barkingheads.co.uk for the first time are eligible for a money-back guarantee.
  
• If you are not satisfied with the results obtained from feeding any Barking Heads product for 30 days, Barking Heads will refund the actual price paid, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  
• Claims must be made between 30 and 90 days of the date of your first purchase using the email address of your account. Applications received later than this will be rejected. Applications will be rejected if made within 30 days of purchase.
  
• To claim, please provide proof of purchase, a photo of the empty packaging and an explanation for their refund request.
  
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
  
• Only one refund per household. Multiple entries made by the same person will not be valid. No bulk, trade, third party, wholesalers or distributor applications will be accepted.
  
• Barking Heads reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
  
• By submitting a refund request you will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
