Bowl Half Full 2025 - Terms and Conditions

Promotional Period: 24th - 30th September 2025

1. Organiser
This promotion is operated by Barking Heads, a brand of Inspired Pet Nutrition, The Airfield, Dalton, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, YO7 3HE (“we,” “our,” “us”).

2. Eligibility

• This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.

• Employees of Barking Heads, its affiliates, or anyone directly connected with the organisation of this promotion are not eligible to participate.

3. Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected on 1st October 2025, at random

• The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at submission and announced on Barking Heads’ social media channels.

• The winner will be tagged in the promotional post and asked to direct message the Barking Heads account

• The winner must contact Barking Heads within 48hrs to claim their prize. If the winner does not contact Barking Heads within 48hrs, Barking Heads reserves the right to choose another winner. 

4. Prize

• One prize is available across all channels

• Prize is a hamper with a 12kg bag of Barking Heads dry food in a flavour of the winners choice.

5. Entry

• To enter, the person must comment on the promotional Facebook post with a photo of their dog’s empty food bowl

• One entry per person

6. General Terms

• Barking Heads reserves the right to disqualify entries or participants who fail to comply with these terms or submit false or misleading information.

• By participating, customers agree to the use of their submitted photos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media and website content, without further compensation.

• Barking Heads reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. Data Protection

• Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.barkingheads.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy.

• In entering the competition, entrants give permission for Barking Heads to use any imagery or quotes in marketing materials.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
