Bespoke Jacket Competition March 2026 Terms and Conditions

Campaign Name: Crufts Photo Competition
Promotional Period: 13th March - 20th March 2026

1. Organiser

This promotion is operated by Barking Heads, a brand of Inspired Pet Nutrition, The Airfield, Dalton, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, YO7 3HE (“we,” “our,” “us”).

2. Eligibility

• This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.

• Employees of Barking Heads, its affiliates, or anyone directly connected with the organisation of this promotion are not eligible to participate.

3. Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected on Monday 23rd March at random.

• The winner will be notified via direct message to the social media account provided at submission.

• The winner must reply to Barking Heads direct message within 48hrs to claim their prize with their full name, email address and delivery address. If the winner does not contact Barking Heads within 48hrs, Barking Heads reserves the right to choose another winner. 

4. Prize

• One prize is available.

• Prize is a Barking Heads denim jacket with a bespoke design of a maximum of 2 dog's faces embroidered on the back.

• There is no cash alternative and Barking Heads reserves the right to change the voucher provider to one of equivalent value.

5. Entry

• To enter the competition, participants must comment on the relevant competition post describing their dog’s best trick, before 11:59pm on 20th March 2026.

• Participants may receive one bonus entry by resharing the competition post to their Instagram Story and posting a video of their dog performing the trick, before 11:59pm on 20th March 2026.

6. General Terms

• Barking Heads reserves the right to disqualify entries or participants who fail to comply with these terms or submit false or misleading information.

• By participating, customers agree to the use of their submitted photos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media and website content, without further compensation.

• Barking Heads reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. Data Protection

• Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.barkingheads.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy.

• In entering the competition, entrants give permission for Barking Heads to use any imagery or quotes in marketing materials.

• If selected as the winner, your contact details will be shared with a third-party supplier responsible for producing the bespoke embroidered jacket. The supplier may contact the winner directly to request additional information required to create the personalised prize, such as sizing of jacket and reference images of the dog(s) to be embroidered and any relevant design details.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
