1. Organiser

This promotion is operated by Barking Heads, a brand of Inspired Pet Nutrition, The Airfield, Dalton, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, YO7 3HE (“we,” “our,” “us”).

2. Eligibility

This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.

Employees of Barking Heads, its affiliates, or anyone directly connected with the organisation of this promotion are not eligible to participate.

3. Winner Selection

Three winners will be selected at random on or after 13th April 2026.

There will be one winner selected per platform: Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Each winner will be notified via direct message on the social media account used to enter.

Winners must reply within 48 hours with their full name, email address, and delivery address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, Barking Heads reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

4. Prize

There are three prizes available (one per platform).

Each winner will receive one Barking Heads recipe of their choice, 2kg (flavour is subject to availability).

There is no cash alternative and Barking Heads reserves the right to substitute the product with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Entry

To enter the competition, participants must:

• Like the competition post

• Comment on the post

• Follow the Barking Heads account on the relevant platform

All entries must be completed before 11:59pm on 10th April 2026.

Participants may receive one bonus entry by:

• Sharing the competition post

• Tagging another user

6. General Terms

Barking Heads reserves the right to disqualify entries or participants who fail to comply with these terms or submit false or misleading information.

By participating, entrants agree to the use of their submitted content (including comments, images, or videos) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media and website content, without further compensation.

Barking Heads reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

In entering the competition, entrants give permission for Barking Heads to use any submitted content in marketing materials.

If selected as a winner, your contact details will be used solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
