Our subscribe & save service gives you the chance to choose the products you want, with an automatic recurring order at a discounted price. You're in control, with complete flexibility to easily change or cancel your subscription at any time within your account.

How it works

Simply choose the Subscribe & Save option when adding products to your basket

You can also choose how often you'd like to repeat your purchase (don't worry, if you're not sure, this can be changed later)

Step 1: Create Account
Create an account by clicking the paw icon to the top right of your screen.
Step 2: Shop Normally
Shop our store as usual, but when you've found the product you want, make sure you select the subscription option.
Step 3: Choose your frequency
Choose how often you want to recieve your products (don't worry you can change this later if you're getting too much or too little.)
Step 4: Secure Checkout
Checkout normally and our clever website will store your payment details in a secure vault, so we can automatically charge you next time.
Step 5: Manage your subscription
You can manage most parts of your subscription from your account area, see the section below for more details.
Step 6: Repeat Orders
We'll remind you a week before your next order is due, so you can make any changes if you need to. On the day it's due, we'll automatically charge your saved card and your order will arrive 2-3 days later.

What can you change once you start a subscription?

We have tried to make our subscription system as flexible as possible. In your account area you will find that you can edit most aspects of your subscription yourself from the comfort of your sofa.

To make changes, simply login to your account and select the subscriptions option from the main menu along the top of the account area. Once you select this option you will see your active subscriptions and you will be able to click the manage button next to each active subscription you have. Once you click this button, you will be presented with a menu, which will allow you to carry out the tasks below.
Order Frequency
It can be tricky to know exactly how often you'll need your orders, so we've made it possible for you to change your frequency whenever you want in your account area.
Add a Discount Code
If you're lucky we might send you a discount code from time to time, to make your subscription even better value! You can simply add these in your account area.
Swap a product
We understand that cats and dogs don't want to eat the same flavoured food every day, so you can always swap the flavour in your subscription, subject to any difference in price.
Change Address
If you move house or change bank card, you change your delivery and billing address at any time. You could even get your next delivery ordered to a friends house or holiday home, so you don't have to worry about taking dog food with you.
Add Products
If you want to add a new tasty Barking Heads product to your subscription, just hit "add product" in the subscription section of your account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel or change my subscription?
You can change or cancel your subscription(s) within your account at any time.

Note: each product is managed independently. Cancelling a subscription will not affect any pre-existing orders that have already been paid for.
Can I use discount codes with my subscription?
No, sadly not, unless we are offering a specific Subscribe & Save promotion. As a subscriber you are already benefiting from a discounted price on every order, and you have the ease and convenience of your subscription being delivered at a frequency that works best for you.
I've been charged, but my products haven't arrived?
Don't panic, our system charges your card when it raises your order, once the charge has gone through the order is sent to the warehouse for dispatch and should be with in 2-3 working days.
