Your payment details are collected directly by our payment providers. We do not collect any payment data. The payment providers we use are Stripe and PayPal.

Why do we collect this data?
We collect this information for the purposes of fulfilling our contract of sale with you and to ensure your order is delivered to you in a timely manner.
We do not use your information for any other purpose than to fulfil our contract.
What do we do with your information?
Your information is stored in our order management systems which are used to process and dispatch your order from our head office.
Your information is transferred to the most suitable courier company for the delivery of your order.
Your data does not leave the EU.
How long do we keep your information for?
By law, we need to keep your information for a minimum of 7 years for tax purposes. We only store information essential for this purpose.
Hard copies of picking notes are shredded after your order has been dispatched.

Your rights over your information
Under GDPR law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. You can view this information and correct it by visiting the 'My Account' area on our websites.

You can also ask us to delete your data if there is no lawful reason for us to keep it. In most cases, we are required to keep your data for tax purposes under our lawful obligations to HMRC.
